Business and residential onsite (in-office or in-home) service is $80 per hour. Remote support and drop off service for laptop and desktop repair is $60 per hour. Onsite service has a 2 hour minimum charge. Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments. If the original problem persists after a repair has been completed call within 5 days of the date of service and I will attempt to address the issue free of charge. If the complaint is regarding onsite service, I will not return for an onsite follow-up until an attempt has been made to resolve the issue by phone or online support. E-mail and telephone support are offered free-of-charge to current clients, though repeated or lengthy calls will be subject to the standard hourly rate.
